Search Engine Optimization. What is SEO?
In October and November of 2008, Randi Thornton compiled a detailed analysis of the Top 50 Real Estate Companies’ Websites, recognized by Real Trends Report “The 500 Largest Brokers in the U.S. (Ranked by Closed Transactions sides for 2007).”
Real Trends is a leading source of analysis and information on the residential brokerage industry. The main objective of the analysis was to highlight the SEO practices of major Real Estate Companies as well as emphasize with real examples, the importance for all Real Estate Companies to place SEO at the top of their 2009 marketing agenda.

I review countless websites every month, ranging from small sites to large multi-page websites. While doing a variety of SEO research to try to identify what’s working and what’s not cutting it for Real Estate websites, I’ve noticed that there are a few issues that come up frequently. These Real Estate Optimization factors were divided into 7 SEO CATEGORIES.
Note: The categories that are discussed in this report only touch the surface of what is required to gain top Search Engine placement. Like Real Estate, the SEO world is constantly changing and it takes a true professional to keep up with new SEO trends, tools and practices. I follow Google SEO best practices.

Search Engine Optimization. What is SEO?
Because of search engine optimization, the user has just been delivered a listing of all the most current websites in order from the most relevant to the least. These are the sites that should hold content pertaining to the typed keyword or words.
If you are a website owner, you should ensure that your site has search engine optimization for great positioning within the search results. There are several things that a website owner should know about search engine optimization such as that there are three major search engines on the web.
The three major search engines on the web are Google, Yahoo, and MSN. Although most would say that Google is the most used out of the three.
When creating a site for great search engine optimization, it is best to not wait for your site to be found by those search engines. You should submit your sites address to all the major search engines manually instead of using a submission service. You should not use any site submission programs either. Submitting your sites to the search engine manually only requires finding their ‘submit your URL’ page for each site.
Although, when it comes to search engine optimization, it can be argued that most traffic to websites actually arrive from those who choose your links from other websites. Therefore, according to this theory it may be a great idea to have your site linked to from others. It may be a great idea to use text instead of images that will lead directly to your web address. If you have text as a link from another website, make sure that it has the keywords to the overall site and web page typed in it.
A typical procedure for search engine optimization is the keyword placement within your document. The keyword or words placement throughout all of the text or content inside of your page is great for SEO. If you were to use the keyword within the title of the page, it will help the search engine greatly when finding relevant web material. When creating your website, use your keywords sparingly within the meta description or title tags. You don’t want to use all keywords within these data fields, this may cause your site to be overlooked by the web crawlers.
Usually, search engine optimization and Google Optimization will bring more traffic to your site and thus more chances for consumers to purchase Real Estate. Hopefully, regardless of how your site came about being optimized, it will bring into fruition the top five links on the first page of a keyword search result.
